Product Description
The structure of the diaphragm valve is different with general valve, is a new type of valve, is a special kind of block valves, its opening and closing is a diaphragm, made with soft materials within the valve body cavity with the valve cover cavity and drive components separated, is now widely used in various fields. The commonly used diaphragm valves are lined with a diaphragm valve, a fluoridated diaphragm valve, an unlined diaphragm valve, and a plastic diaphragm valve.
Diaphragm valves are fitted with a flexible diaphragm or composite diaphragm in the valve body and bonnet, and the closing part is a compression device connected to the diaphragm. The seat can be a weir or a pipe wall of a straight channel. The advantage of the diaphragm valve is that its control mechanism is separated from the dielectric pathway, which not only guarantees the purity of the working medium, but also prevents the possibility of working parts of the medium in the pipeline. In addition, the stem does not need to be sealed in any form unless used as a safety facility in the control of harmful media. Diaphragm valve, the work is only in contact with the medium diaphragm and the valve body, both can be used in a variety of different materials, so the valve can be ideal to control a variety of working medium, especially suitable for medium with chemical corrosive or suspended particles. Diaphragm valve working temperature is usually limited by the diaphragm and body lining material used, its working temperature range is about - 50 ~ 175 ºC. The diaphragm valve structure is simple and consists of body, diaphragm and valve head. The valve is easy to disassemble and repair quickly, and the diaphragm can be completed on site and in a short time.
Principle and composition:
Diaphragm valves are used to replace the valve core components with corrosion-resistant lining and to use diaphragm movement to adjust. The valve body material of diaphragm valve is cast iron, cast steel, or cast stainless steel, and lined with all kinds of corrosion resistant or abrasion resistant material, diaphragm material rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. The lining diaphragm has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for adjustment of strong corrosive medium such as strong acid and strong alkali.
The diaphragm valve has a simple structure, small fluid resistance, and other types of valves with the same size. No leakage can be used for high viscosity and the regulation of suspended particle medium. The diaphragm insulates the medium from the stem, so there is no filler medium. However, as a result of the limitation of the diaphragm and lining material, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, generally applies only to 1.6 MPa nominal pressure and under 150 ºC.
The flow characteristics of the diaphragm valve are close to the fast opening feature, which is approximately linear before 60% of the trip, and the flow rate of 60% is not large. The diaphragm valves of pneumatic form can be equipped with feedback signals, limiters and locators to meet the needs of automatic control, program control or regulating flow. The feedback signal of the pneumatic diaphragm valve adopts the contactless sensing technology. The product adopts thin film type propulsion cylinder, which can replace piston cylinder, which eliminates the damage of piston ring and causes leakage, which can not promote the valve opening and closing. When the gas source failure, can operate handwheel to open the valve.
Structure classification:
The diaphragm valve can be divided into three types: house type, direct current, cut-off type, straight-through type, gate type and right Angle type. The form of connection is usually flange. The driving mode can be divided into three kinds: manual, electric and pneumatic. The aerodynamic drive is divided into three types: regular, closed and reciprocating.
Folded rectangular
Also known as the border type, is the most basic commonly used code name (G41). Its structure is shown in the following figure. As can be seen from the diagram, the valve body is lined. The diaphragm body lining is designed to perform its corrosion resistance better.
Folded roof type
This kind of diaphragm valve, fluid resistance is larger than the right Angle diaphragm valve, but the sealing area is large and the sealing performance is good, which can be used for the vacuum high pipe.
The fluid resistance of gate diaphragm valve is minimal, suitable for conveying sticky materials.
Straight through
The diaphragm material is commonly used in natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, butyl rubber, butyl rubber, isobutyl rubber, fluorinated rubber and polyfluorinated ethylene propylene plastic (F46).
The disadvantage of diaphragm valve is that it is not high pressure, usually within 6kgf/cm2 (0.6mpa). Temperature resistant performance is restricted by the diaphragm, generally can only 60 ~ 80 ºC, the highest (rubber fluoride) also does not exceed 180 ºC.
