According to the principle of hydrophobic valve, can be reduced to the following three types:
Mechanical type: depending on the change of the liquid level of the condensate in the steam trap, including:

Thermostatic type: depending on liquid temperature change, including:
Bimetallic strip: the sensitive element is bimetallic.

Thermodynamic type: changes in the thermodynamic properties of liquids.

Pulse type: when the condensate of different temperature is connected through the two polarities of the orifice plate, different pressure can be formed between the orifice plates to drive the disc movement.
The disc type steam insulated hydrophobic valve has the same working principle as the thermal hydrophobic valve, and it adds a shell to the steam outdoor surface of the hydrophobic valve. The inner chamber of the shell is connected with the steam pipe and the steam is used to heat the main steam room of the steam trap. The temperature of the main steam room is not easy to cool down, the steam pressure is maintained, and the steam trap is tightly closed. When the pipeline produces condensate, the drain valve housing cools and the trap begins to drain. Function:

The bucket type
